As a child she had been accused of having her head in the clouds, with that not being even the slightest of compliments! Told to snap out of it and to conform, this child eventually shut down.
But as she grew into a woman her imagination slowly began to emerge from that former shell. It had started with her dreams becoming more apparent and upfront. She knew, she just knew, that her reality was changing. Words ran together, stories flowed, with her brain lit up with wonderful thoughts and dreams!
Encouraged by this, the woman sought out the company of like-minded people, eventually joining a writers circle nearby. The first visit saw her shyly knocking at the door of the host. Upon the door being opened to her, the first words she heard were, 'If you are a dreamer, come in.'
She was home.....
