Are you an overthinker? Well, join the club! I have a tendency to overthink things which in turn leads to worry and anxiety. Perhaps overthinking is like a little bit of yeast which makes bread dough to rise. It just takes a little yeast to make things double or triple in size. So I am going to make a concerted effort from now on to curtail my 'thinking yeast' and try to change my habitual overthinking to flatbread!
